The reinforced lumbar zone puts extra coil support right under your lower back. Guests who wake up sore usually end up on the Medium or Firm. If back pain is a medical concern, talk to your doctor. Otherwise the free 30-minute Discovery Experience at any store will help you confirm the right feel.
