Paying for delivery

Paid up front, so the day is easy.

Your order is paid in full before the truck leaves. If you paid a deposit, we take the rest before we deliver. That way there is nothing to sort out at your door, and the crew can focus on your bed.

Before they arrive

Get ready in five minutes.

  • Measure doorways, stairs and halls on the way to the bedroom, and tell us about any tight spots.
  • Clear a path from the front door to the bedroom.
  • Have your frame ready, assembled, with centre support.
  • Strip the old bed if the crew is taking your old mattress.
  • Keep pets in another room while the crew carries things in.
  • Apartment or condo? Book the elevator if your building asks you to.

Yes, with $59 In-Home Delivery & Setup or $99 Full Service VIP Delivery. The crew assembles the base, places it on your frame and shows you how it works.

What happens to my old mattress with VIP?

With $99 Full Service VIP Delivery, the crew bags your old mattress and takes it away. Strip the old bedding before they arrive.

Can I change my delivery choice after I buy?

Yes. Call your store before delivery day and we will change it.

Do you deliver to apartments and condos?

Yes. Tell us about elevators, move-in bookings or tight stairs ahead of time so we can plan.

What if the weather is bad?

Saskatchewan weather can turn fast. If roads are unsafe, we call you as soon as we can and book the earliest new day.
