If your current bed sags, back and stomach sleepers usually notice the difference in support first, because a flat, firm deck keeps your spine in neutral alignment. Side sleepers with shoulder or hip pressure usually do better on a medium or medium-firm model in the Signature collection. If back pain is a medical concern, talk to your doctor.
