Is delivery really free?
Yes. Free front-door delivery within city limits at every store, and free in-store pickup. Want it set up? Add $59 Local Setup, or $99 VIP Setup with old-mattress removal. Live outside a store city but within 100 km? Delivery is a flat $99. Beyond that we’ll quote it in store.
How long is the trial?
Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If the feel isn’t right, come back in and we’ll reselect together: one in-store comfort exchange per purchase, with a $99 exchange fee. Pay the difference if your new pick costs more, or get the difference back if it costs less. It’s an exchange program, not a refund policy. Warranty coverage runs by collection, up to 10 years, with the Modern 9" line at 5 years, and claims are handled here in Saskatchewan.
