Body mapping is an in-store technology that analyzes your body type, pressure points, and sleep position to recommend the ideal mattress feel and firmness. It takes about 5 minutes and takes the guesswork out of choosing a mattress.

Modern Mattress collections run across a wide range of budgets, and live pricing is on every product page: Modern (entry-level foam), Emma (mattress-in-a-box), Studio (gel-infused memory foam over pocket coils), Classic (Quantum coils), Luna (premium gel-infused memory foam), Signature (the best-seller), Natural (natural latex), Hybrid Luxe (copper cooling), and Artisan (hand-tufted luxury).

Plush, medium, or firm: same price. You’re never charged more because your body needs plush instead of firm. Firm: supportive surface, best for back and stomach sleepers. Medium: balanced support and comfort, works for all sleep positions (the most popular). Plush: deep cushioning, ideal for side sleepers.

A Sleep System is a mattress paired with an adjustable base. You choose your mattress collection, your base tier (Essential, Plus, or Pro), your size, and your feel. Sleep systems let you elevate your head and feet for reading, watching TV, an anti-snore preset, or zero-gravity positioning.

Split King: two separate Twin XL mattresses on a split adjustable base. Each partner has their own mattress and controls. Split Top: one mattress with the head section split into two. Each partner can elevate their head independently while sharing the same mattress from the waist down. Because both halves are built to the same height, your side and your partner’s line up flat, with no ridge down the middle and no step between sides.

Sleep on your new mattress for up to 100 nights. If it’s not the right fit, you have one in-store exchange ($99 exchange fee). Pay the difference if your new pick costs more, get the difference back if it costs less. The 100 Night Sleep Guarantee is an exchange program, not a refund policy.

Warranty coverage runs by collection, up to 10 years, with the Modern 9" line at 5 years. The exact term is on every product page, and claims are handled here in Saskatchewan, not by a call centre. Coverage is for defects in materials and workmanship, including sagging greater than 1.5 inches, broken coils, and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, stains, and physical damage are not covered. A mattress protector is required to keep the warranty valid.

There are three delivery options. Free front-door delivery ($0) covers anywhere inside city limits of a Modern Mattress store city, delivered by the Dream Team with real-time tracking. In-Home Delivery & Setup ($59) brings it into your room of choice and places it on your bed frame, adjustable base setup included. Full Service VIP Delivery with Removal ($99) adds full setup plus hauling away your old mattress. Outside our store cities but within 100 km, delivery is a flat $99. Beyond that we’ll quote it in store.

Yes, exchanges. The 100 Night Sleep Guarantee covers one in-store exchange within 100 nights ($99 exchange fee). It is not a refund program. Visit any store and a sleep consultant will help find a better match. Mattress must be in clean, unstained condition (use a protector!).

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. Saskatchewan delivery is typically faster. The team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.
