We Arrange Delivery
We pick up the old one and bring the new one. Delivery is priced the same as the first time: free to your front door in our store cities, $59 set up, $99 with removal.
Exchange Conditions
Mattress Requirements
To qualify for a swap under the 100 Night Sleep Guarantee, the mattress must be in clean, unstained condition. Use a protector from day one. A stain ends the exchange, so this is the cheapest insurance there is.
Mattresses with stains or damage beyond normal use may not be eligible for exchange.
Important: The 100 Night Sleep Guarantee is a one-time exchange program, not a refund policy. We will help you find the right mattress.

Pillows, sheets, and other bedding are final sale once opened.
Pillows
Pillows are final sale once opened. For hygiene reasons they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sheets & Bedding
Sheets, duvet covers, toppers, and other bedding are final sale once opened. Ask us for help choosing the right ones before you buy.
Adjustable Bases
Adjustable bases can be exchanged within 100 nights. Must be in original working condition with all accessories and remotes included.
Mattress Protectors
Use a protector from day one. A stain ends the exchange, so this is the cheapest insurance there is. We carry protectors that won’t change the feel of your mattress.
