Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange * an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery or within 30-days of an in-store purchase, provided the merchandise is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and condition and the original sales receipt is presented. Just drop by our store. It’s just that easy! If you ordered online and would like to have your item(s) shipped back to our warehouse for a return and refund, please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to serve you.

Please note that we only accept online exchanges in-store. As well, all refunds or balances on exchanges will be credited in the original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted. You will be responsible for paying any balance due upon exchange if the retail price of the new item(s) selected is greater than the retail price of the returned item(s).

If you received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of your delivery, and they will be happy to assist.

Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on headboards, footboards, adjustable bases and bed frames.
