She was very friendly and not pushy allowing us to take our time to try out the beds at our own pace, knowledgeable and most importantly she cared about us getting the bed we loved and wanted. This is a Canadian company..the mattresses are manufactured in Calgary and the owners live in Saskatoon! I was needing a pillow for a very sore neck. Chad was very helpful and gave me some direction then pointed out the Artic Ice shoulder pillow. First night I felt very comfortable but did have a few times that I had to readjust but since then, no problem - so comfortable. Hopefully they will still carry when I need a new one.

I was so impressed. I met Dylan from Moose Jaw. We chatted for a few minutes, and he asked if I would like a sleep assessment? I did, and it was so cool. It helped me choose a comfort level for me. Needless to say, I found 3 different styles. I do have shoulder issues. it's a chore to get comfy to sleep. I met Mariam. She helped to guide me in my quest. Finally. Our experience was great! The sales associate, Shaun , was fantastic, he new his stuff , was not pushy , listened to our needs , we made a deal the same day , with free delivery to follow . Cam and Joel delivered, they were spot on with the time said for delivery , it literally took them 5 minutes to bring it in , set it on the boxspring and remove the old mattress. Thank you
