This is not a warehouse pick. Unless your size says Ships now, the factory builds your mattress fresh, then boxes and seals it.

It ships with tracking

The moment your bed is on the truck you get a tracking number by email. Allow up to 14 days from order to your door, anywhere in Canada, free.

Why they're on clearance

We have leftover covers from our 2024–2025 Lotus Collections. We're a made-to-order factory, so last season's fabric has to clear to make room for the new builds. Nothing's wrong with the mattresses. Just the outside is last year's design.

Made to order in Canada

Everything Lotus is built to order in our Calgary factory with Canadian foam and fabrics. When a cover is retired we're left with the final covers of that run. Some beds are already boxed; the rest get built to order until the covers run out. Then that's it.

Never slept on · final sale

Brand new, sealed, never touched. Not returns or floor models. To keep the price this deep we skip the trial and exchanges, but the manufacturer warranty still applies for up to 10 years, varying by model.

Clearance stock is a bit different from our regular lineup. Here's what to know before you buy.

Are these actually new?

Yes. Every clearance mattress is brand new, sealed in its original packaging, and has never been used. They're simply last year's models that we need to clear before new stock arrives.

Why no trial period?

Our 100 Night Sleep Guarantee is part of what lets us price our regular lineup confidently. To offer clearance pricing this deep, we skip the trial and the exchange window, so these are final sale. The manufacturer warranty against defects still applies for up to 10 years, varying by model.

Is this an online-only offer?

Yes. These units are not available to view or buy in any of our stores. They ship free by carrier to your door. Some sizes are already boxed; others are built to order in Calgary. Prices on this page are exclusive to online orders.

Do you really ship across Canada?

We do. Online clearance orders ship free anywhere in Canada by carrier delivery, with no in-home setup, and our store delivery tiers don't apply to clearance. Because most sizes are built fresh for you at the Calgary factory, allow up to 14 days from order to your door. This is not same-day warehouse shipping like a big online retailer; you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your bed is on the truck.

What if it sells out while I'm checking out?

Stock counts on this page are live from our inventory and update frequently. Once a size is gone it's gone. Checkout order is first come, first served.

Is there a warranty on clearance mattresses?

Yes. Every clearance mattress includes the manufacturer warranty against defects for up to 10 years, varying by model, the same coverage as the matching model in our regular lineup.

What can I put it on?

Any solid, flat surface: a box spring, a foundation, a platform bed, slats, or an adjustable base. A split king is two Twin XL mattresses, and they pair with two Twin XL adjustable bases if you want each side to move on its own. We sell bases too, but bases only ship within Saskatchewan; if you're local, ask us.

Does it come with a base or frame?

No. Clearance prices are for the mattress only. The photos show bases and headboards for scale, and they are not included. If you need a base, our regular lineup has them, or ask us and we'll point you to the right one.

How do I buy a split king?

A split king is two Twin XL mattresses side by side, 38 by 80 each, making one King, 76 by 80. Choose Split King in the size selector, choose a feel for each side where available, then add both mattresses to your cart. Mattresses only; adjustable bases are sold separately.
