You may return or exchange an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery or within 30 days of an in-store purchase, provided the merchandise is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and condition, and the original sales receipt is presented. Just drop by one of our numerous Modern Mattress locations conveniently located across Saskatchewan. If you ordered online and would like to have your item(s) shipped back to our warehouse for a return and refund, please contact our Customer team at email@example.com and they will be happy to serve you.
With your new mattress, we want to ensure you’re getting the sleep you want and deserve. That’s why you can exchange your mattress soon after you’ve purchased it for one that suits you better. That’s our Comfort Guarantee. The limit of Comfort Exchanges is one per purchase.
Please note that we only accept online exchanges in-store. As well, all refunds or balances on exchanges will be credited in the original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted. You will be responsible for paying any balance due upon exchange if the retail price of the new item(s) selected is greater than the retail price of the returned item(s).
