Our customers have 100 nights from their delivery or pick-up date to sleep on their new mattress and ensure they have chosen a mattress that is comfortable and suited to their sleeping needs. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your new mattress, we will switch it out for any other mattress- guaranteed. If the new mattress is of higher value we ask you to pay the difference, or if it’s of lesser value, you get the difference back. It’s that easy!
